Recent Notices

  • 2011/11/25: Some mail services will be offline while we replace a failed hard disk this afternoon. Please notify us if you experience an outage for more than 30 minutes.(updated 11/25 13:15 CST).

  • 2011/06/20: A small percentage of services are currently offline. We are replacing all of the hard disks in a server after experiencing multiple disk failures earlier in the day. We were able to backup all data from the array before we began work. We are replacing the hard disks and hard disk controller, restoring the OS, configuring the OS, and restoring data. If you are affected by this outage, please watch here for updates. UPDATE: All sevices have been restored.

  • 2011/02/23: Some websites will be offline while we replace a failed hard disk tonight. Outage will occur between 12am-6am CST. Expect services to return to normal between 06:00-07:00 CST (updated 02/23 06:18 CST). Update: We lost all data during the RAID rebuild and couldn't recover from the errors we were receiving. We began restoring data to a different server from offsite backups at 6AM this morning and were finally able to bring services back online. We apologize for the delay. Please contact us if you are still experiencing problems (02/24 13:15 CST).

  • 2011/02/22: Some websites will be offline while we replace a failed hard disk tonight. Outage will occur between 12am-6am CST. Expect services to return to normal between 06:00-07:00 CST (updated 17:15 CST).

  • 2010/12/02: Some mail services and our support website will be offline while we replace failed hard disks tonight. Expect all services to return to normal between 06:00-07:00 CST (updated 01:45 CST).

  • 2010/10/20: Some customers are reporting mail delivery problems via their web applications. Mail from most web applications is routed through a dedicated mail server (mx1) rather than being delivered by the web server. That particular mail server was blacklisted due to a misbehaving web application (spammer using "suggest this product to a friend" feature of a shopping cart to send massive spam). The spam issue has been resolved and we've requested removal from the blacklist. Expect the blacklist issue to clear up within 2 hours. (updated 13:25 CST)

  • 2010/06/06: Windows-based shared hosting customers will be affected by an outage while we migrate services to new servers on 06/06 between 1AM-10AM CST.

  • 2010/06/01: We will be performing emergency maintenance on our primary shared-hosting servers tonight (8PM-2AM CST).
