Recent Notices
- 2007/11/21: Hosting equipment at Wichita facility was unavailable from approx 12:30-12:45pm CST. Investigating cause of problem. Update at 12:55pm: Problem appears to be related to electrical equipment. Servers were rebooted. Checking status of all servers right now. Update at 1:40pm: Some servers did not reboot properly. We are resolving the last of them right now. If you are having any type of problems, please contact us right away!
- 2007/11/20: Rebooting WEB02 server at 2:35PM due to service issue. This server provides Windows web hosting to some shared hosting customers. We expect server to be back online in just a few minutes.
- 2007/10/17: Our primary phone number (316.282.0774) will be offline briefly while the line is moved to a new provider. We anticipate this will occur in the early morning hours and will be resolved before 8AM CST. If you need to reach us, but no one is answering this number, please submit an online support request. These changes will not affect outbound calling, so someone will return your call as soon as possible.
- 2007/07/10: Received reports that the "WebShell" file manager was not working properly for shared hosting accounts in several different servers. Resolved issues on WEB1 and WEB02.
- 2007/06/30: The upstream provider at our Wichita site will be performing brief (2-3 min) network maintenance on Saturday June 30, 2007 at approximately 6:00 am CST. The Wichita site may be offline for 2-3 minutes while they power cycle an upstream router during this brief maintenance window.
- 2007/05/16: The upstream provider at our Wichita site will be performing brief (5-10 min) emergency network maintenance tonight between 8:30 pm CST and 10:30 pm CST. The Wichita site may be offline for 5-10 minutes while they power cycle an upstream router during this brief maintenance window.
- 2007/04/21: Domain Registration and Renewal services will likely be unavailable from 04/21 8:00 pm to 04/22 5:00 am CST (04/22 02:00-11:00 GMT) during a vendor maintenance window. This will delay provisioning of new registrations or renewals requested during maintenance. This maintenance will not affect existing domain names in any way.
- 2007/04/14: Domain Registration and Renewal services will likely be unavailable from 04/14 8:00 pm to 04/14 9:00 pm CST (04/15 02:00-03:00 GMT) during a vendor maintenance window. This will delay provisioning of new registrations or renewals requested during maintenance. This maintenance will not affect existing domain names in any way.
- 2007/04/10: Our primary VoIP server is currently offline. Calls are being redirected to a backup VoIP server. If you need to reach us, please leave a message and someone will return your call as soon as possible. The primary VoIP server is located at our Wichita office, which has no telephone or internet connectivity at this time due to a "construction issue" in the building next door. AT&T is already repairing / reprovisioning service to our building.
Staff are operating from other locations during the outage. No hosting services should be affected by this outage. Please submit an online support request if you are unable to reach us at 316.282.0774 or are experiencing any type of outage!
- 2007/03/14: Customers who are using our new email filtering servers are experiencing email delivery delays. We are in the process of provisioning accounts so that we can move customers back to the MX Logic email filtering system if the issue is not resolved very soon. Updated 03/15 9:18 CDT: The new email filtering servers appear to be keeping up with new messages and catching up on old messages. We are still in the process of moving customers back to the MX Logic filtering system, though mail seems to be flowing normally at the moment. Updated 03/16 6:10pm CDT: We are migrating affected customers away from the impaired system. We expect to have all customers moved over the weekend. Updated 03/18 1:35am CDT: We have finished migrating affected customers. We have sent information including required changes to several customers who did not host DNS with us. Mail is flowing normally for all customers who are pointed to new system.
- 2007/03/11: We have confirmed that all systems recognize and use the new US Daylight Saving schedule.
